Poor old dwarf, his heart is good. Always thinking of protecting everyone he can, but there is only so much a single dwarf can do.
Well, now we know how the two of them ended up in the barrens. So the question is, what will happen now? We didn't actually see the old dwarf die, so maybe we will we see the travels of the dwarf as he searches for his two lost children? Or do we get to see his furenal, and the 2 girls recieving his letter. I guess not every story ends with a happy ending.
Anyway, still loving these comics. I hope they don't end, keep going strong Kelly!(hopefully I'm saying the correct persons name here, would be so stupid if i said the wrong persons name X) )

I find this comic soo sad (I love dwarves), especially after reading the previous set of comics.

Notice that the quillboars are making some kind of count. Notice also that we hear "thud", not "slash".
Hoping against all hope that quillboars may sometimes take prisoners (even if as slaves).

Wow, what a GREAT prologue that was! I really, really enjoyed it. I love the way you made the circle complete by using the visual ellision of the boxes being put down, with Papa's boots visible, then lifted up with Mr. Orc's and Mig's feet seen instead. Very nicely done.
Can't wait to see where the story goes next!
