What about the Guild rep tabards? Is it really intended behaviour that those do not raise the weekly Guild rep cap by 50/100% anymore? Because that renders them pretty useless.

What're you talking about? Guild rep tabards give you personal reputation like other faction tabards do. A lot of the items in the guild shop require you to be at a certain rep level to buy.

I know. Until the patch the bonus reputation they provided did *not* count against die weekly guild rep cap. Now it does.
