If you don't do raids or heroics, that's only 25 total tickets per month that you're not able to get.

And yet, it sounds great if you're NOT into all the game's content, because there are a variety of ways to get tickets. It will take longer, but there's a path to getting them eventually, as opposed to other aspects of the game that if you don't play, you never get those rewards offered by those parts.

I don't raid, do heroics or PvP and by my count I can still get 105 tickets per fair as 4 of the dungeon drops can be obtained in easily soloable dungeons.

Tickets Per Faire
Dungeon: 40
Tradeskill quests (primary): 8
Tradeskill quests (secondary): 12
Kill Quest: 10
Mini Games*: 35

Total Tickets per faire: 105
* 5 mini games, available daily: 7*5=35
