There are certain quests at the faire (it was one with a yellow and not blue, iirc) that allows you to collect Grisly Trophies from doing content (battlegrounds, dungeons and I think raids).

Once you have 250 of these you can turn them in for tickets. You do have to have your Adventurer's Guide in your bags to collect the trophies though.
