Regarding the eyes on Pero, I usually just preemptively blow IBF and eat the eye damage. It's pretty weaksauce with IBF up, and as a tank I'd rather just go ahead and take it than risk a DPS or healer screwing up and getting killed.

Also, the later part of the Mannoroth fight where the adds start getting thick is a picture-perfect time to pop Army.
