I hate Garrosh. He embodies the worst an orc can be. But at least he's an ORC. Plus we have Vol'jin, and Sylvanas, and Cairne (even if he hasn't done much), and Saurfang (he's retired, but at least he's still alive) to help fill out our awesome quotient. They could use some work too, but we're still ahead in the leader department.

Varian is... also an orc. And not very good at being one. He has a lot of potential, and I hope Blizzard gets around to realizing it. The Alliance needs a better character to rally around.

Also, bring the Draenei back more, they're awesome.

Dang, I barely play Alliance, and even I'm missing Bolvar right now.
