On this page when accessing the MP3, and the stream just says error.

Generally, go to joystiq.com and try to log in over there. If you get in, cross your fingers and attempt to change your password. Should that actually work, you're lucky enough to be buying lottery tickets. You should then try to upload an icon. I managed to get my password changed, just not remembered.
If you aren't particularly attached to this user name, I'd suggest starting by making an AOL account with a real password and avatar, then link to joystiq and/or WoWInsider. I refuse to do that, but I think that's the base problem.

And I, too, have wasted so much cash on transmog. I just spent even more getting the Truegold to make my tank set a sword--because if I never see the Deathwing fights again it'll be far too soon--so my gear set actually fits.
