It's a cool set, but I would have liked the screenshot better with a better background. Uldum doesn't do anything to enhance the look of it. A forest, maybe Silverpine, or somewhere with wolves or worgen in the background, maybe?
A minor quibble. I appreciate the effort that putting together the outfit took, I just think this would have been a much better screenie if he'd put a bit of effort into setting.

I'm not sure of the name, but I think it's a quest reward from Stonebreaker Hold in Terokkar Forest.

Or Allerian Stronghold for Alliance, and the quest rewards a cloth, leather, mail, or plate helm, so everyone can have one.
Special note for gnomes, the wolf face does not go over your eyes, so you end up looking like one of those Hello Kitty costume plushies, which may or may not be what you're after.

The Horde quest is Welcoming the Wolf Spirit (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10791), which starts from Vestements of the Wolf Spirit (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10018).
The Alliance quest is The Elusive Ironjaw (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=10022), which starts from Timber Worg Tails. Also, it appears the comment system ONLY ALLOWS THREE URLS, so that quest WoWHead ID is 10016, dagnabbit.
