I always, ALWAYS stay in Azeroth until level 60 (really easy to get there with the quests in Blasted Lands).

Hellfire Peninsula is *marginally* less annoying when you're actually able to fly, and if you wait until 60 to go to Outland, you can technically skip HP altogether and just go to Zangarmarsh if you want.

Just sayin'.
