We have had the movement DPS issue the whole Cataclysm expansion. It shouldn't come as any sort of shock to the developers, and Tyler's comment really is meant to imply that they should have planned out what exactly moonkin's "new" movement DPS mechanic would be since Lunar shower (v1 & v2) didn't work. Changing from V2 back to V1 is just frustrating. We would have been happier with V2 staying on the talent calculator and waiting until later to see what the real changes would be.
