To the second letter, why haven't you suggested a night that you can raid to do an alt group? Maybe there are others that would like to gear up their alts in T12 to eventually do DS on them as well. Your other option is to start pugging it. It's going to take more work but you can sometimes find guild groups with no one on your part of the quest. Plus you might learn some tactics you can then take back to your guild that would help you become 7/7 normal.
The last option is to find a guild that raids at the times you are available. Things happen, life changes but you can't expect everyone to change along with you. While it's normal to feel disappointed you shouldn't be taking it out on them unless there is a malicious reason behind their decision. If there is it might be better to respectively leave the guild and find a new one.
