" I've always seen loot is a means to an end " - I'm 100% in agreement with this statement, but I would have to say that a legendary is an end unto itself. Yes, the loot is "hers," but in reality, a legendary like this was gained by the whole guild. Getting the guild achieve and pet is a symbol of that group effort. You are right about her wasting time, gotta know what you're doing if you have a special thing to do on a boss, as well as not wasting other's times. That being said, as long as this person is dedicated to the guild (ie not going to drop hat once she gets her legendary), this is something that you, her, and your guild can have pride in, watching her fly majestically as a transformed blue dragon.BTW, one final way the guild can help out is by offering puggers gold to run her through. Offer like 1k gold per person per run, make it payable only at the end of the run. Yes, it's bribing people to raid, but who cares as long as she gets it done.Being on a low pop server is tough too... I wish you luck, let us know how it turns out.
