You can, in fact, have your heart bleed internally. Happens when a valve is malformed. Usually as a birth defect. This is hopefully caught soon after birth and will be with the child for their entire life.
It causes all sorts of horrible issues and needs to be curtailed with medicine to try and keep the swelling down. Most times surgery will be required to replace the valve, and these surgeries have to be repeated whenever the child grows too big for the replacement valve.
Now you know.
I need an add on that will let me ignore people that don't say anything in party chat. These guys have learned not to talk while managing to be horrible in a random dungeon. (Resto Shaman in ilevel 360+ gear being outhealed by the similarly geared shadow priest who also had more dispells)
I'd like this guy never to heal my poor warrior again.

I thought you could just type /Ignore <Name>?

Won't you run out of space on your ignore list pretty quick?

The ones I usually want to ignore, I can't type their names.
like 9 out of 10 times they start with a special character.
And yes, my ignore list will be filled pretty fast. :(

I assume at this point you actually required more healing?
My priest often reverted to Smite-spam when the tank took so little damage that passive and splash-healing kept him up just fine..
This is in the lower ranges of course. My healer often gets compliments on her healing prowess when things get "sticky". :-D *boast*

Goldeneye: I would not have cared if it wasn't a "tank dead in less than a minute" wipe.
If we can get through the fight and the healer is OOM or barely healed, I'm fine with that.
If we can get through the fight with DPS doing less damage than the tank, I'm fine with that.
If we can get through the fight with the tank afking, I am fine with that.
When we wipe because the tank didn't get a heal for close to 30 seconds while that pet apparently got topped off, or the healer seemed to think getting below 80% mana was not allowed, or just plain didn't get that their base heal on 1 person at a time isn't going to work, I have a problem.
