Is it feasible to skip the Green Crystal when healing with a resto druid and holy paladin? Druid snags red crystal, -skip green- then pally takes blue for the last difficult part of the healing?

Our heals seemed to run out of juice lastnight come 5minutes. Prior to the bell tolling and saving people from death.

No need. You can have the Druid Pick up Red, Pally gets Green, and then when Blue comes out, the Pally can switch to Blue. You can overwrite one buff with another.
