My guild is planning on 2healing Ultraxion (10m reg) next monday with 2 shaman (our holy pally is lagging behind on this fight so he'll be going dps) and I was wondering how we should be using the buffs.
Should it be Shammy1 takes red, shammy2 goes green and when shammy1 is oom he switches to blue? OR stick one shaman on red the whole fight and the other on green?
Hopefully we'll be able to make it with on more dps, this fight has been rather annoying so far.

I'd suggest the green crystal shaman swaps to blue when it becomes available. That gives you the 100% boost for the tanks and the haste/mana buff for the second shaman to HR and CH their heart out. If you find the red crystal shaman has mana issues then go with red => blue.
Definitely use all 3 crystals and don't ignore the blue. The haste /mana buff for the last part of the aoe damage will make a difference.

How in the name of god is your holy paladin lagging behind?! I doubled our shamans healing done every time on this fight.

@jacob; Good question for which I can offer no answer. He did well in Firelands, but since 4.3 his healing has been low (in the new fights, at least, which are all AoE heals).
Thanks for the answer!
