I think you kind of missed his point, it wouldn't be "hard 5mans" it would be "5mans with 3 difficulty levels".

If you were queuing up in dungeon finder (ie. a PUG), you would only get the easiest level of difficulty.

You'd only be able to access the harder difficulty levels by putting together a premade group and deliberately choosing the harder modes (like raids work now).
