I'm pretty sure that is entirely out of the question, considering his status as the uniquely uncorrupted example of black dragonhood.

On the other hand, dracogenesis is pretty weird in Warcraft lore. Both Alexstrasza and Wrathion's mother were compelled to produce eggs without any apparent interference from any male dragons.... and yet dragons are obviously (or at least, apparently) gendered, and the aspects have consorts, and... yeah, that's weird.
