If it is a 10m group, you'll likely have to be doing full clears of Firelands until the end of the expansion to finish the last phase. It takes for-stinking-ever in 10m. It takes something like 3 times as long to make it in 10's as it does in 25's. Honestly, if making the staff is the goal and you're a 10m group, the staff person is likely better off hitting a 25m Firelands pug (if your server does those) every week on their own time.
