No.

Yes they had the "extra lockouts" but that didnt enable them to aquire extra loot. This is because they accessed the content later. You can visit there amories for kill numbers and compare them to other top guilds such as Paragon, Blood Legion etc.

Also, even if they got "extra" loot this wouldnt give them an advantage against other top guilds (in regards to legendaries). Top guilds already have every caster equipped with there legendary.

(A guild might be able to acquire "40 legendary's" but they can only bring a certain amount to a raid with them, hence it's capped.)
