They took 5 shaman and 0 warriors on their kill, although we can't be positive which specs the shammies were in. Still, that's a huge change from Paragon's "shaman are terrible" stance not so long ago.

To be fair, all three specs of Shamans have received buffs since paragon made that statement, especially Enhancement and their AOE finally letting them be competitive.

They never said shamans were terrible - they just had other classes doing the same thing more efficiently and/or better.

This entire article is being bogged down in misinformation.

Actually, during a live raid, I believe it was the week after the world second, member of Paragon was commenting on the raid with an outside commentator, and was specifically asked about shamans and their world first Ragnaros kill. The Paragon member said they were horrible, though he never gave out his reasoning. So yeah, Paragon, or at least one of it's members, has said that.
