The last time I pulled my Mute rogue into Shadowcraft, it recommended that she reforge everything into capping Expertise. This seemed really odd, as I had always heard Expertise wasn't that valuable for Mute, as we aren't penalized as heavily for being dodged as the other specs are, and the extra hits didn't seem to make up for the loss of Haste and Mastery, so I didn't go with it. However, I guess I'll try it again; it probably doesn't hurt that I've wound up nearly capping Expertise anyway from Dragon Soul drops.
