Not to be a sh*t-talker, but I've been underwhelmed at many of the transmog choices I've seen on my server. It seems like most went for the mis-matched clown suit, or a tier set with very little thought or creativity. These Darkmoon look-alike sets are nice, by the way! My priest main is outfitted in an all-white ensemble with grey trimmings pieced together from various low-level greens that I started saving and buying from the AH back when transmogrification was first announced. For my night-elf mage I found a crimson vest and pants combo that still needs some accessorizing, but he's going to look great!

It would be nice if instead of making you run old dungeons, they open up vintage shops in each city with different themed gear. You could purchase the items with gold, points, or whatever currency they deem worthy.

Usually about once a week, I come up with something halfway decent. The rest of the time I put out a lot of @%@$#%. Hey, your mature language filter is on!

I'm a transmog junkie and I also pieced together my own outfit. The easiest way to do it is to pick a set you like and then swap out some of the pieces for things you like more but that still match. Wow insider's addon spotlight talked about an addon called Mogit a while back. If you haven't tried it yet and you are struggling to piece together a nice outfit then I highly recommend it. I don't think I could transmog without it! And people stop and whisper me all the time about my transmog gear!
