If the "Ll" is pronounced the welsh way*, "Llane" would be pronounce something along the lines of "Chlane" or "Chla-nay" where the "Chl" sounds a bit like the "Cl" as in "Clan" but from the back of the throat, almost like you're trying to cough up some phlegm on the "h".
That said, "Lane" is probably the correct pronunciation, but I always like Welshing it up whenever double l's or double d's (which sound like f's) arise.
*Note: Not a Welsh speaker, but I've been living here for the past 4 years, and visiting family here 2-3 times a year for almost 20 years before that. (And travelled on many trains which stop at "Llanelli" :P)
I'll probably have got the description of pronunciation wrong, but that's as close as I can think of to describe it textually.
