He was 10 or 11 in vanilla, and it's been about 5 to 6 years in game time by now. The end of the expansion will probably advance the storyline to the 7 year mark, if it hasn't already (my math is fuzzy). Either way, Anduin is somewhere between 16 to 18, not 13.
