Okay noobish question, don't hurt me.
Where is this? I've only seen the LK once and that was inside a raid (for the nerfed Kingslayer title).
Can you see him someplace else? Someplace safe? Or is this inside the raid?

Your comment made me chuckle a little bit. I'm now imaging the Faceless Ones below the Icecrown Citadel being irritated because the Lich King just threw more trash down there (since that's where the threw his heart). "Dammit, Arthas, what did you just throw down here this time?"
