I loved the HoT dungeons and loved the Dragon Soul raid.

Actually, I liked Dragon Soul much more than I thought I would. I really was not hyped to facing a bunch of nobodies to then facing Deathwing, and I believe the raid would be something like Mount Hyjal, that we got wave after wave of trash with a boss in the end, since Blizzard said we would feel "under attack". It was a big pleasant surprise to be proven wrong.

Entering the spawns of the Old Gods, traveling to Eye of Eternity, facing the menace of Ultraxion, Gunship 2.0, both Deathwong encounters, I really enjoyed it all. It was the best raid this expansion, for sure, beating even beautiful Firelands. I believe Cataclysm has been saved by patches 4.2 and 4.3. Tier 11 was a disaster, even now I don´t fell like returning there to finish my achievements.

But even so, I still think Deathwing was a wasted villain. I hardly care about him more than "let´s kill the big bad dragon". With Kael, Illidan and Arthas, I actually cared for their character. Specially Arthas. I wanted to get revenge at the bastard, test his strenght, to bring him to justice, to make him pay. With Deathwing, it is more like, yey! we got him, now Thrall can blast him and we can collect the loot!
