Ashamed you play wow eh? Because between all the ville-game spam I'm sure people would be annoyed by you sharing a picture on your wall.

Loves me some mounts, but yeah, not sharing. I prefer not being obnoxious to my friends.

No, not ashamed that I play WoW, I post screenshots of things occasionally. I don't play FB games and I hide announcements from my friends that do play them. I just don't want to to HAVE to share something a contest REQUIRES me to share. I still make my own decisions. I am not ruled by greed or immaturity.

Forgive the inference, but when you state that "sharing is a step to far for me" and "I just don't want to to HAVE to share something a contest REQUIRES me to share. I still make my own decisions. I am not ruled by greed or immaturity." It seems that you're OK with liking or even commenting despite the ostensible contradiction. The only differnce here between sharing and commenting/liking is that people you know will see it.

The difference being that I am now putting one more thing on all of my friend's & family's updates.
It still isn't a matter of shame for me. It's a matter of respect.

When I shared it, I just set the permissions to "Only Me". It still counts as a share, but no one should see it on your wall.
