the shattering of azeroth is just the beginning. It broke prisons of beings sealed for thousands of years. beings that as of 4.3 still have not been dealth with. The old god presense is stronger then ever and will spread their corruption soon enough. just look at them tormented the night elves on kalimdor as we speak. It's only a matter of time before they get their tenticles spread out far enough to do real damage like yogg did in northrend when his reach went as far as grizzle hills and drove the furblog mad or the miners mad in howling fjord. the whispers from the freed gods in post shattering will no doubt only get worse as time moves forward.
