When it comes to raids however, i believe heroic definitely describes hard modes.
I think that they need to change heroic for dungeons into a different word since it literally means nothing anymore except for a good laugh as you roflstomp all over the whole instance and laugh at the noob in your group only doing 10k dps while you're doing 30k aoe dps because its possible to pull 2 to 3 groups at once and be in absolutely no danger of dying.
