The Burning Crusade... where organizing and finishing a 25 man raid was the easy step in a long questline that included several trips to 5 man heroics. (Hand of Adal questline for those ho don't get the reference.) This was a mistake and Blizzard was smart enough to acknowledge it and fix it. Let the hardcores have their hardmodes. Don't make the game less or make it mean less for the bulk of the people paying subscriptions.
