Sincerely, I don't care what they are named. I only care that the LFD assemble groups that are actually capable of doing the instance. Few things are more frustrating than inspecting your fellow PUGgers and realizing the run is doomed from the start because the tank is in DPS gear, the healer in PvP gear, and one of the other DPSers apparently does not know what gems and enchants are.
If group viability could be done by actually evaluating character feasibility and player skill, and only allowing to queue for the Heroics players that could effectively handle them, while at the same time making the heroics harder, I would love it. But Blizzard, apparently, is against blocking players from queuing even for clear-cut things errors/exploits like selecting tank role with no tank spec or gear.
