This is not really true. These complaints were coming from people who were used to wrath heroics, sorry but I would be lying if I told you I was ever in a 5 man group that couldn't finish a heroic during WoTLK.

If you take a faceroll population, and give them a challenge, chances are they will not rise to the occasion.
