I would agree that BM is still underrepresented at the upper tiers in pvp, but otherwise its well-represented in the pvp community. In arena, BM jungle cleave is very popular this patch, and I've def seen KFC/PHD teams running with a BM hunter. The sheer amount of burst they bring to the table is impressive.
