@Grin: "a Druid" means nothing in this context - those could be Restoration, Balance or Feral, you don't know, and those 3 specs play totally differently and fulfil entirely different roles - a world-class Feral player like Datah isn't likely to be able to fill in at the same level while playing a Restoration spec for example. It's a much bigger change than say, a Rogue swapping from Ass to Sub, or a Hunter going MM > Survival.
