I tend to toss them together at every chance as well. Back in 7th grade my art tag it class was a yin yang sunflower where the yin yang was green and purple. Love the pic, can't wait to get my tallstrider!

I like purple and green together (also with black) because those are Maleficent colors. And Maleficent was the most badass fairy ever.

I always thought it was interesting that comicbooks made frequent use of purple and green together, especially on villains. DC has The Riddler and Lex Luthor.
Marvel has The Hulk. I'm sure there's more than I missed.
