Firelands:
Shannox- I don't know why you say this required people to spread out. Chain heal was easy to use on this fight. In normal mode, phase 2, allowed stacking.
Beth- Important phase requires stacking. I usually healed up top, where I could keep riptide on myself, the tank, and dps. Bomb the tank with ghw, and use TC to pump damage into Beth and go into phase 2 with 100% mana. Beth was a great fight for shaman IMO. From a healer perspective, Beth was all about phase 2, so saying "it made up for phase 1 a little bit" is kind of ridiculous.
Alysrazor- " Alysrazor had a built-in mechanic that eliminated the need for Spiritwalker's Grace"... uh... so what? Shaman were great for Aly. We could assist with interrupts. Mastery kicked ass for tantrum. Keep riptides on the tanks for the hot and physical dmg reduction. And the big raid damage phase required stacking.
Baleroc was all about execution from a healer's perspective IMO. It was a tricky fight to wrap your head around, and required a lot of coordination. Yea, some healers (holy pal, disc priest) were better than others, but I felt like more than most fights it came down to execution and teamwork. Shaman were more than fine for Baleroc.
