If you play BGs, you need BattlegroundTargets. It is the single best, most informative Addon I've used. At a glance it tells you:

-The composition of the opposing team
-Whether an opposing team member is within range
-The health of each member of the opposing team
-The opponent's spec and role
-Allows you to Focus any opposing member with a simple right-click
-Allows you to target any opposing member with a simple left-click
-Shows who has the flag
