If you have Deadly Boss Mods, it has a built-in PvP mod that does timers on flag caps, focused assault on flag carriers, tower status in AV and it has a master timer that shows which faction is currently ahead and how long it will be until they win under present conditions. The master timer updates every time a base is contested or changes hands.
