I work in a game store, and the WoWTCG is actually pretty popular, and not just because of the loot rewards, either-and not just in my neck of the woods, but it's a pretty popular game in general. They're constantly holding contests and tournaments and the like for it. I went to a WoWTCG tournament at a local convention here a few months back and it was PACKED-there was even a line out the door a few times just to sit down and play. It's very, very similar to MTG, except they carefully avoid the use of the word "Tap", and use "Exhaust" instead. It's really easy to learn how to play, and there's a lot of customization. They also do an amazing job of making card abilities feel like the appropriate class ability/spell, which I think is pretty spiffy.
