But if you're needing on items you already have or won't use, and then passing them on to people you feel should get them, you're actually saying that when the RNG favors you, you turn around and non-RNG pass it to whoever you think is worthy of it. If RNG is RNG, then let everyone who actually needs it play the RNG game, and pass on it yourself to give everyone an incrementally better chance of winning the RNG game.
