It'd be great if fragments would drop off of mobs in zones as well. Tol'vir fragments off of mobs in Uldum, troll fragments off of mobs in STV, etc . . .

I might've trained arch on all of my alts if this actually happened. As it is, only one of my ten characters can even chat with the arch questgiver at the Faire.
