Is it confirmed anti-magic shell doesn't save you in normal and heroic? In lfr I always use it on the Ultraxion fight simply because the timers match up. I've only done it on lfr but even the later Hour of Twilights don't drop too much health. Only about 20% at worst I believe. So I just find it hard to believe it kills you even with anti-magic shell.
