I believe scatter shot works as an interrupt and I'm pretty sure Wyrmven sting does too. You have to be specced into that but as an SV hunter you should be.

Scatter shot and Wyvern Sting work to interrupt some things, but not others. For example, Surv Hunters can't do a damn thing to interrupt Azshara. (I think it has to do with whether the mob is stun/CC/daze immune or not.)
