Running H HoTwilight last night on the lock for VPs...we're at the gauntlet part before fighting Asira and have a Warrior tank. So anyway, I note after the first pack that he is leaving the ranged hunter until last, so on the 2nd pack I fear the hunter (with glyphed fear so no running about screaming)...then to my dismay I notice the hunter in our party start shooting at the feared hunter...yes, the one standing 10 yards away attacking no one the tank has no aggro on yet... /sigh

One thing everyone needs to remember is that sometimes people are expected to do things in guild runs and just naturally pick back up on it in a pug. Most pugs tend to have zero communication until they want to blame someone for something. A little communication goes a long way.
