Something I noticed with the Gogogo group is it the worst part is bc dungeons they're quick and people want you to pull the whole dungeon now! While I don't mind doing it if I know my healer can keep up or that I can live though it, my first time in one with heals I've never met before I'm going to be more cautious. If my heals tells me "hey, pull more if you want" I'll go to town but if I get "just go already!" I tend to slow down especially if it's not the healer asking for more speed.

Exactly this. Decent to great tanks can gauge how much their healer can handle within the first couple pulls. We adjust our pace to what the healer can handle, while still keeping the dps 'entertained'.
But if I am on my Pally... the biggest reason I haven't pulled the next group is that I am waiting for my rotational cooldowns. Captain America has a 9 second cooldown, baring procs. Everything I use to maintain threat has a cooldown. If I can't rope the group together, I aint pulling.
So if you are not 'entertained', feel free to drop group. We will get a new DPS in 5 seconds.
