9gb of ram? Is that 2x 4gb + 2x 512mb? If that's the case, you might see an increase in performance by removing the 2x 512mb chips, depending on their memory type and timings.

Also, if you've been upgrading your computer constantly, and still can't get WoW to run properly, you may be buying the wrong parts. There's usually a bottle neck in your PCs performance, and most often it's the GPU or the CPU. If either of those is pegged at their maximum, adding all the ram in the world won't increase your performance.

My PC is over 4 years old now, runs an intel core2 duo, has an ATI radeon 4850, and 4gb of ram and it can run WoW on med-high settings, even when in Org.
