It's funny how something so small can be such a big deal. I know right now I use Kill Command during L&L/Focus cap and it is hardly ideal, and the aforementioned burning a proc on an accidental Arcane Shot has been a pain in my backside. Lock and Load always seemed to proc when I had 75+ focus. Of course, Blizzard could be even more generous and let ES stack, but that might be a little too overpowered :P.

Stacking ES? Three globals and 40 focus to apply like 160k damage? Probably not without nerfing explosive shot.

I'm not sure where this obsession with using Kill Command to reduce focus capping during Lock-n-Load has come from. Considering that you could do ES->small delay->ES->AS->ES, trying to stick a 40-focus KC somewhere in there is pretty ridiculous. KC uses almost twice the focus of AS and does less damage due to SV's mastery. That KC to try to keep you from focus capping is costing you 2 higher-dmg arcane shots in terms of focus used, and since AS also does more damage than Cobra Shot in less time, you're also falling way behind in damage per execute time.
