One of the more legitimate concerns I've heard about Pet Battles is that they could be using that time and resource to make better raids.

Admittedly, the newest raid, Dragon Soul, only has 8 bosses and 2 brand-new models in the whole raid. The start of Cata, there were 12 bosses available, with unique models being thrown EVERYWHERE. Compare that to Icecrown Citadel, which also had 12 bosses, with plenty of thought put into fight mechanics and... once again, new models.
