I have nothing against the theory of combining the raid lockouts but the way it was done does make 10 man raiding much more beneficial, the raids are noticeably easier in 10 man, especially in 10 man Dragon Soul, many of the bosses are a lot easier on 10 man than they are on 25, the difference in difficulty should be represented in terms of loot.
It has also destroyed many pugs in the community, back during ICC 10 mans were the pug'd raid, it was one of the best ways to get to know people on your server, as well as it being something to do on the weekends when often guilds do not raid, this along with the Dungeon Finder has completely destroyed the community on a server, or at least gone very close to accomplishing the goal.
It also seems hypocritical, combining the raids they did so people didn't feel like they had to run the same instance twice a week, whilst also putting in 2 lockouts a week on the Korean servers, if they'd kept to 10 mans and 25 mans having seperate lockouts then they probably wouldn't have needed to do this.
