Hey Bonzoe what size is your server? I'm actually finding the exact opposite: whereas previously asking for someone to step in to DPS a H was met with *crickets*, nowadays after LFR I can usually find someone in 30 second who is reasonably geared and skilled and knows the fight. But I'm thinking that since I'm on a super small server where the top and only 25-man recently x-ferred off (inevitably leaving some behind), maybe my experience isn't representative.
